Purchasing housing under the Young Family program is only possible after receiving a special certificate. Young people can use this form of state support only once. If officials find out that the information provided is not true, it will not be possible to participate in this state program. However, after eliminating all errors in the documentation, citizens can bring documents again and submit an application.

Married couples are also denied a certificate for other reasons:

one of the spouses already owns living space;
the family's financial situation will not allow them to pay the remaining amount for the living space.
The spouses' application will be under review for 10 days. If the commission allows the applicants to participate in the federal program, they will learn about it from an official letter. Young people are advised to find a property that meets the requirements, such as square footage, in advance. The reason is that they only have two months to take the certificate to the bank.
